however, we need to look at technology and make reasonable decisions. as citizens are we willing to open our bags and parcels for check for example and certainly we have seen how technology has helped to detect these criminals but what can we do with it to prevent it? >> it is interesting. in some ways, you hear law enforcement folks saying it hindered it a little bit because when you are in the middle of an operation and someone is tweeting from their bedroom window and if the suspect has that information as well it can be of harm but it proved to be a great asset, social media this time around. where does this go from an intelligence point of view? are there people in russia that can can't pronounce and never heard of? what's going on. >> it is critical the younger brother be interviewed and everybody will be waiting to see what that produces. presumably a lot of evidence has been gathered in terms of the apartment that they lived in and so on and so forth. i think reconstructing perhaps a lot of the phone calls that have happened and electronic recor
